Short title

This Act may be cited as the No CIG Act.

Fixed guideway capital investment grants

(a)

In general

Section 5309 of title 49, United States Code, and the item relating to such section in the analysis for chapter 53 of such title, are repealed. (b)

Conforming amendments

Section 5338 of title 49, United States Code, is amended— (1)by repealing subsection (b); and (2)in paragraph (1)— (A)by striking subparagraph (C); and (B)by redesignating subparagraph (D) as subparagraph (C).
