Treatment of dates for processing under marketing orders

Section 8e(a) of the Agricultural Adjustment Act (7 U.S.C. 608e–1(a)), reenacted with amendments by the Agricultural Marketing Agreement Act of 1937, is amended— (1)by inserting including dates for processing, after dates,; and (2)by striking , other than dates for processing, each place it appears.
