<section id="H0FEB5DEC4DBE4EEF834C65C3B636CD14" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Feeding Families Not Fear Act of 2026</short-title></quote>.</text></section> <section id="H7F8F4273CD0E46CDBC401DE64AD1FBDC"><enum>2.</enum><header>Amendments to <external-xref legal-doc="public-law" parsable-cite="pl/119/21">Public Law 119–21</external-xref></header> <subsection id="H830920E1DF5F40E5A694C47351F78C11"> <enum>(a)</enum> <header>Repeal of increased appropriations for immigration and customs enforcement</header> <text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Sections 90003 and 100052 of <external-xref legal-doc="public-law" parsable-cite="pl/119/21">Public Law 119–21</external-xref> (139 Stat. 358, 387) (commonly known as the <quote>One Big Beautiful Bill Act</quote>) are repealed, and the unobligated balances of amounts made available under such sections (as in effect on the day before the date of the enactment of this Act) are hereby rescinded.</text>

<subsection id="HB6452E5E0008451BBD463F5555230D96"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Restoration of supplemental nutrition assistance program benefits under the Food and Nutrition Act of 2008</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Subtitle A of title I of <external-xref legal-doc="public-law" parsable-cite="pl/119/21">Public Law 119–21</external-xref> (139 Stat. 80–85) is repealed, and all provisions of law amended by such subtitle are restored and revived as if such subtitle had not been enacted into law.</text></subsection></section> </legis-body></bill>
