<section id="H105230488A2A41C2927D725628965329" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>State Offices of Rural Health Program Reauthorization Act of 2026</short-title></quote>.</text></section> <section id="HE0E6668440EC4434AEC0FBEF54AC924E"><enum>2.</enum><header>State offices of rural health</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Paragraph (1) of section 338J(i) of the Public Health Service Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/42/254r">42 U.S.C. 254r(i)</external-xref>) is amended to read as follows:</text>

<paragraph id="H62729C829F9A4BE8AEC2536DB6C20D9F"><enum>(1)</enum><header>In general</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">For the purpose of making grants under subsection (a), there are authorized to be appropriated—</text> <subparagraph id="H355BB76FC3D24359BD76CB4B691F866A"><enum>(A)</enum><text>$12,500,000 for each of fiscal years 2023 through 2027; and</text></subparagraph> 
<subparagraph id="H8EBF26D320824F90954D88B351A2251C"><enum>(B)</enum><text>$13,500,000 for each of fiscal years 2028 through 2032.</text></subparagraph></paragraph><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block></section> </legis-body></bill>
