Short title

This Act may be cited as the Fair Future Act.

Amendment

Section 807(b) of the Fair Housing Act (42 U.S.C. 3607(b)) is amended—(1)by striking paragraph (4); and(2)by redesignating paragraph (5) as paragraph (4).
