<section id="HD6E012AB6475467B9F4483128A021B77" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Annual Public Housing Inspections Accountability Act</short-title></quote>.</text></section> <section id="HC9D83426D9C04196A7897BA2DD13B5B6" section-type="subsequent-section"><enum>2.</enum><header>Study on public housing inspections</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">The Secretary of Housing and Urban Development and the Comptroller General of the United States shall, not later than 1 year after the date of the enactment of this section, conduct a study and submit a report to the Congress that identifies:</text> 
<paragraph id="H470E7F4B18564FFDB865507D8DA56472"><enum>(1)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">how many inspections required to be conducted by the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development in the 1-year period are incomplete; and</text></paragraph> <paragraph id="HD8531CC6E6B544F1970F09F1DBCD1F02"><enum>(2)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">how many inspectors are needed to ensure that all inspections required to be conducted by the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development can be completed each year.</text></paragraph></section>
