  Ms. Norton, Mr. Peters, Ms. Pingree, Mr. Quigley, Mr. Thanedar, Ms. 
 Titus, and Mrs. Watson Coleman) introduced the following bill; which 
was referred to the Committee on Natural Resources, and in addition to 
     the Committee on Agriculture, for a period to be subsequently 
   determined by the Speaker, in each case for consideration of such 
 provisions as fall within the jurisdiction of the committee concerned

 To amend the Federal Lands Recreation Enhancement Act to prohibit the 
    use of the image of living political figures on the America the 
   Beautiful--the National Parks and Federal Recreational Lands Pass.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

    This Act may be cited as the ``Prohibit Partisan Park Passes Act''.

SEC. 2. RESTRICTION ON USE OF IMAGES FOR RECREATIONAL LANDS PASS.

    Section 805(a)(2) of the Federal Lands Recreation Enhancement Act 
(16 U.S.C. 6804(a)(2)) is amended--
            (1) in the heading, by striking ``competition''; and
            (2) by adding at the end the following: ``The image used on 
        the National Parks and Federal Recreational Lands Pass may not 
        include a living current or former elected official or other 
        living political figure.''.
