Repeal of conflict mineral disclosure requirements

(a)

In general

Subsection (p) of section 13 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 (15 U.S.C. 78m) is hereby repealed.(b)

Conforming amendments

The Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act (12 U.S.C. 5301 et seq.) is amended—(1)by striking section 1502; and(2)in the table of contents in section 1(b) of such Act, by striking the item relating to section 1502.
