To limit funding for United States participation in the United Nations if Israel is illegally expelled.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
This Act may be cited as the “Stand with Israel Act of 2026”.
SEC. 2. Limitation on funding for United States participation in the United Nations if Israel is illegally expelled.
Section 115(b) of the Department of State Authorization Act, Fiscal Years 1984 and 1985 (22 U.S.C. 287 note) is amended by striking the second sentence and inserting the following: “No funds made available to the Department of State or any other Federal department or agency may be made available for any contribution, grant or other payment, voluntary or assessed, to such organ or agency until the illegal action is reversed.”.
