<section id="H49EB9953299B4C3CB134A13F2FA82706" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Report on state of real estate portfolio of GSA</header>
<subsection id="HC28D612BD9C74B6E88973DD2C1D966C6"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In general</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Not later than January 31 of each year, the Administrator of General Services shall submit to the Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure of the House of Representatives and the Committee on Environment and Public Works of the Senate a report on the state of the real estate portfolio of the Public Building Service for the previous calendar year.</text></subsection> <subsection id="H90E2098072BE476DB62D064FF2D60CD8"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Contents</header><text>The report under subsection (a) shall include, with respect to the real estate portfolio of the Public Building Service—</text>
<paragraph id="H43FC706197E040A09A8A24E182E891A0"><enum>(1)</enum><text>the number of leases signed;</text></paragraph> <paragraph id="HF85D73A0FDEB4EB89490A5A569461594"><enum>(2)</enum><text>the number of leases terminated;</text></paragraph>
<paragraph id="H37E4055E142A4DA9A96E681AC2DB63AF"><enum>(3)</enum><text>the total number of leased spaces;</text></paragraph> <paragraph id="H9C0CA552EB0140F7AD0774327B725086"><enum>(4)</enum><text>the amount of square footage leased;</text></paragraph>
<paragraph id="HC9393218687345A09943B08F20072969"><enum>(5)</enum><text>the amount of square footage occupied;</text></paragraph> <paragraph id="HCFF6198993E14211A58ECE9B40D9D7A2"><enum>(6)</enum><text>the amount of vacant leased space;</text></paragraph>
<paragraph id="HE1A335B364F742959216DEC01F5F172C"><enum>(7)</enum><text>the number of buildings owned;</text></paragraph> <paragraph id="HA17CAD73CA25477098DE82501DC5CB5B"><enum>(8)</enum><text>top customers by square feet and annual rent;</text></paragraph>
<paragraph id="H4873D5E742694D1792FF6D282769B77B"><enum>(9)</enum><text>completed new construction, major repair and alteration projects;</text></paragraph> <paragraph id="HDB14CE3F304141F393E7AAC3CF65B38D"><enum>(10)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">financial indicators that measure and analyze space utilization, operating costs per square foot, cost-avoidance due to building disposals and lease terminations, and deferred maintenance liabilities;</text></paragraph>
<paragraph id="H2101789413844B059B3EC5D7A53474D5"><enum>(11)</enum><text>which, if any, Federal buildings were disposed of by the Office of Real Property Disposition of the General Services Administration; and</text></paragraph> <paragraph id="HD8B8A18C95294D708F6C6519660AF2B4"><enum>(12)</enum><text>General Services Administration and tenant agency plans for relocating Federal agencies housed in federally owned space that the General Services Administration plans to dispose of and leased space that the General Services Administration has not renewed, including how the relocations will be paid for and whether or not the agency tenant requested the relocations.</text></paragraph></subsection></section>
