To repeal section 781 of the Continuing Appropriations, Agriculture, Legislative Branch, Military Construction and Veterans Affairs, and Extensions Act, 2026, relating to amendments to the Agricultural Marketing Act of 1946, with respect to hemp.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
This Act may be cited as the “American Hemp Protection Act of 2025”.
SEC. 2. Repeal of amendments to Agricultural Marketing Act of 1946, with respect to hemp.
Effective November 12, 2025, section 781 of the Continuing Appropriations, Agriculture, Legislative Branch, Military Construction and Veterans Affairs, and Extensions Act, 2026 (Public Law 119–37) is repealed.
