and</text></subparagraph><subparagraph id="H94B46587BE224EF9AB5B9FEB7FBE6AB6"><enum>(S)</enum><text>Zuni.</text></subparagraph></paragraph><paragraph id="HB8A24F2AE71143658649661F27584DB6"><enum>(2)</enum><header>Secretary</header><text>The term <term>Secretary</term> means the Secretary of the Interior.</text></paragraph><paragraph id="H207E99C4EB274D5EB26C5211E83ECF80"><enum>(3)</enum><header>Survey</header><text>Except as provided in subsection (e), the term <term>survey</term> means the survey plat entitled <quote>Plat of Tracts 1 Thru 3 Lands of US Indian Service and Bureau of Indian Affairs</quote>, prepared by Surv-Tek, Inc., and dated May 2023.</text></paragraph></subsection><subsection id="HD1F0BF2034F041FBA7B8861176A3D937"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Transfer of jurisdiction</header><text>Not later than 90 days after the date of enactment of this Act, the Administrator of General Services shall—</text><paragraph id="H68EE4DFE20D54DE58547AC9AE020DAE3"><enum>(1)</enum><text>complete the relocation of all Federal tenants; and</text></paragraph><paragraph id="H4F752BB3F161496D9F202E56FD37B623"><enum>(2)</enum><text>transfer to the Secretary administrative jurisdiction over the Federal land described in subsection (d).</text></paragraph></subsection><subsection id="H8B58550FE62C4EB8BD4A6C41F240F6E5"><enum>(c)</enum><header>Land into trust</header><text>Not later than 90 days after completion of the relocation of all Federal tenants under subsection (b)(1) and transfer of administrative jurisdiction under subsection (b)(2), the Secretary shall take into trust all right, title, and interest of the United States in and to the Federal land described in subsection (d) for the benefit of the 19 Pueblos.</text></subsection><subsection id="HADE41A2843B74AC5A008B4D9A278BC91"><enum>(d)</enum><header>Federal land</header><text>The Federal land referred to in this section is the 3 tracts of Federal land, the combined acreage of which is approximately 9.89 acres, that were historically part of the Albuquerque Indian School and, as of the date of enactment of this Act, are under the administrative jurisdiction of the General Services Administration, more particularly described as follows:</text><paragraph id="H6571CCA7036543988C48F930098E0E6B"><enum>(1)</enum><header>Tract 1</header><text>The approximately 3.57 acres located in secs. 7 and 8 of T. 10 N., R. 3 E., of the New Mexico Principal Meridian in Albuquerque, New Mexico, on which stands a 76,682 square foot warehouse, as identified on the survey.</text></paragraph><paragraph id="HD7965CB5A85C458AAE8FCA21F8174D5B"><enum>(2)</enum><header>Tract 2</header><text>The approximately 5.78 acres located in secs. 7 and 8 of T. 10 N., R. 3 E., of the New Mexico Principal Meridian in Albuquerque, New Mexico, as identified on the survey.</text></paragraph><paragraph id="H5F00562C93C74841A1B2D2045557AAE9"><enum>(3)</enum><header>Tract 3</header><text>The approximately .54 acres located in secs. 7 and 8 of T. 10 N., R. 3 E., of the New Mexico Principal Meridian in Albuquerque, New Mexico, as identified on the survey.</text></paragraph></subsection><subsection id="HDD97C4524A134F26943305490EECEEE1"><enum>(e)</enum><header>Survey</header><paragraph id="H32A783C89C9A4D2AAA03857E9B2C3DD2"><enum>(1)</enum><header>In general</header><text>The Secretary—</text><subparagraph id="H21BFFD40BA0B4E66A1B95ED92BB1C9D5"><enum>(A)</enum><text>shall obtain, with respect to the land transferred under subsection (b)(2)—</text><clause id="H2C1B7F2BF9EF40628951C56F7EC291FB"><enum>(i)</enum><text>a survey; and</text></clause><clause id="H153D3AE55E354513AD9208E7C185022B"><enum>(ii)</enum><text>from the Administrator of General Services, copies of all encumbrances of the land; and</text></clause></subparagraph><subparagraph id="H9F1876F23D844589BB1A60686EFEE357"><enum>(B)</enum><text>may make minor corrections to the survey and legal description of the Federal land described in subsection (d) as the Secretary determines to be necessary to correct clerical, typographical, and surveying land title errors.</text></subparagraph></paragraph><paragraph id="H28EFC884BA72422C94D118C7EC38E243"><enum>(2)</enum><header>Availability</header><text>The survey and all applicable transfer documents obtained under paragraph (1) shall be recorded in the public records of the County Clerk Office of Bernalillo County, New Mexico, and in the appropriate Land Titles and Records Office of the Bureau of Indian Affairs.</text></paragraph></subsection><subsection id="H331F98F00D89437CA323619E5BDB2004"><enum>(f)</enum><header>Use of land</header><text>The Federal land taken into trust under subsection (c) shall be—</text><paragraph id="HB1BB137D136C4BAD80433805F6C41AB2"><enum>(1)</enum><text>used for the educational, health, cultural, business, and economic development of the 19 Pueblos; and</text></paragraph><paragraph id="HBB7EEDDB6761487F86707F5DFC558FD2"><enum>(2)</enum><text>subject to Federal laws applicable to Indian trust land in the State of New Mexico.</text></paragraph></subsection><subsection id="H3203DF36D1E44B17976F53ECDD3BEBE6"><enum>(g)</enum><header>Limitations and conditions</header><text>The Federal land taken into trust under subsection (c) shall remain subject to any private or municipal encumbrance, right-of-way, restriction, easement of record, or utility service agreement in effect on the date of enactment of this Act.</text></subsection><subsection id="H2A8F6E31E180472894975BDBB88F0133"><enum>(h)</enum><header>Conveyance of buildings and other structures</header><text>Not later than 90 days after the relocation of all Federal tenants in subsection (b)(1) and the transfer of administrative jurisdiction under subsection (b)(2), the United States shall convey all ownership interests of the United States in all buildings, structures, improvements, and appurtenances located within Tract 1 described in subsection (d)(1), to the Indian Pueblo Cultural Center, to own in fee.</text></subsection><subsection id="H16C4C7922E884807A6BD8BA533EAE9D0"><enum>(i)</enum><header>Gaming prohibition</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The land taken into trust under subsection (c) shall not be used for any class II gaming or class III gaming under the Indian Gaming Regulatory Act (as those terms are defined in section 4 of that Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/25/2703">25 U.S.C. 2703</external-xref>)).</text></subsection></section></legis-body><endorsement display="yes"><action-date>May 20, 2026</action-date><action-desc>Reported with an amendment, committed to the Committee of the Whole House on the State of the Union, and ordered to be printed</action-desc></endorsement></bill>
