To amend Public Law 119–21 to repeal certain changes to eligibility redeterminations under the Medicaid program.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
This Act may be cited as the “Patients Over Paperwork Act of 2025”.
SEC. 2. Repealing changes to eligibility redeterminations under Medicaid.
Section 71107 of Public Law 119–21 is repealed, and the provisions of law amended by such section are restored as if such section had not been enacted into law.
