<section id="HAF944326D03A499CA8818DFA8813E196" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Federal Government Advertising Equity Accountability Act</short-title></quote>.</text></section> <section id="HEA289B08B9B64B59B1F955455C611D18"><enum>2.</enum><header>Report on expenditures for contracts for advertising services</header> <subsection id="H0B3399D46B48467DAB9EDD06A37DE048"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In general</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Section 1105(a) of title 31, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following new paragraph:</text> 
<quoted-block display-inline="no-display-inline" id="H50B2A8BFC8924625B0EBF976FF7F5A3A" style="OLC"> 
<paragraph id="HF960E800E2B24C0085C3A09D7B26D495"><enum>(40)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">the following information with respect to each executive agency:</text> <subparagraph id="H5EBFFF7E80C440DEB465244F8FAC016D"><enum>(A)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Expenditures of the executive agency for the prior fiscal year for—</text> 
<clause id="H9E7B31CABFA646F39AF082D2A337AA86"><enum>(i)</enum><text>all contracts for advertising services; and</text></clause> <clause id="HF981A7912BA84490B8FF087521A559B7"><enum>(ii)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">contracts for the advertising services of—</text> 
<subclause id="HD3F77091017649A5A728AA7B5F6C8B85"><enum>(I)</enum><text>socially and economically disadvantaged small business concerns (as defined in section 8(a)(4) of the Small Business Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/15/637">15 U.S.C. 637(a)(4)</external-xref>)); and</text></subclause> <subclause id="H8C237EC6A70343F1878B6E3F17A0BF03"><enum>(II)</enum><text>women- and minority-owned businesses.</text></subclause></clause></subparagraph> 
<subparagraph id="H31E6EF51BD8442E99482F5269CB1BD16"><enum>(B)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Estimated expenditures of the executive agency for the fiscal year for which the budget is submitted for—</text> <clause id="HFAD88403AC104458931044B52BA9A7FC"><enum>(i)</enum><text>all contracts for advertising services; and</text></clause> 
<clause id="H99CF983C61BD4488A4C35F4CC8CACCCE"><enum>(ii)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">contracts for the advertising services of—</text> <subclause id="H5C66F081191B4F9FB69E4AAB7EEC7BD0"><enum>(I)</enum><text>socially and economically disadvantaged small business concerns (as defined in section 8(a)(4) of the Small Business Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/15/637">15 U.S.C. 637(a)(4)</external-xref>)); and</text></subclause> 
<subclause id="HB39258CB5AE6478B9FECCE9281056CA2"><enum>(II)</enum><text>women- and minority-owned businesses.</text></subclause></clause></subparagraph></paragraph><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block></subsection> <subsection id="H77BB38C3D7C14EE2B60691CD3A5B4080"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Application date</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The amendment made by this Act shall apply to the report submitted under section 1105(a) of title 31, United States Code, for fiscal year 2027, and each fiscal year thereafter.</text></subsection></section>
