A BILL

To codify Executive Order 14347 (relating to restoring the United States Department of War).

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. Short title.

This Act may be cited as the “Restoring the United States Department of War Act”.

SEC. 2. Codification of Executive Order 14347.

Executive Order 14347 (90 Fed. Reg. 17508; relating to restoring the United States Department of War) shall have the force and effect of law.
