(a)

In general

Section 166(b)(5)(A) of title 23, United States Code, is amended by striking September 30, 2025 and inserting December 31, 2026. (b)

Study

Not later than 180 days after the date of enactment of this Act, the Secretary of Transportation shall submit to Congress a report that contains the results of a study on the effectiveness of electric vehicle exemptions in reducing traffic congestion.
