To amend title XIX of the Social Security Act to remove a limitation on payments for certain home or community-based services waivers under the Medicaid program.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
This Act may be cited as the “HCBS Worker Protection Act of 2025”.
SEC. 2. Removing limitation on payments for certain HCBS waivers under Medicaid.
Section 1915(c)(11) of the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. 1396n(c)(11)) is amended by striking subparagraph (C).
