<section id="HB8F57B99BC0D4A338E94963D0600FEFD" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Common-Sense Law Enforcement and Accountability Now in DC Act</short-title></quote> or the <quote><short-title>CLEAN DC Act</short-title></quote>.</text></section> <section id="HFC73DDD37EE54B5B98CF1E639C87A4F8" section-type="subsequent-section"><enum>2.</enum><header>Repeal of Comprehensive Policing and Justice Reform Amendment Act of 2022</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">The Comprehensive Policing and Justice Reform Amendment Act of 2022 (D.C. Law 24–345) is repealed, and any provision of law amended or repealed by that Act shall be restored or revived as if that Act had not been enacted into law.</text></section>
