To codify Executive Order 14267 (relating to reducing anti-competitive regulatory barriers).
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
This Act may be cited as the “Freedom to Compete Act of 2025”.
SEC. 2. Codification of Executive Order 14267.
Executive Order 14267 (90 Fed. Reg. 15629; relating to reducing anti-competitive regulatory barriers) shall have the force and effect of law.
