To amend the Radiation Exposure Compensation Act to include additional ZIP Codes with respect to claims relating to Manhattan Project waste.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
This Act may be cited as the “St. Louis RECA Readjustment Act”.
SEC. 2. Radiation exposure compensation claims relating to Manhattan Project waste.
(a) Inclusion of additional ZIP Codes.—Section 5A(d)(1) of the Radiation Exposure Compensation Act (Public Law 101–426; 42 U.S.C. 2210 note), as added by section 100204 of Public Law 119–21, is amended by inserting “63106, 63107” after “63074,”.
(b) Effective date.—The amendment made by subsection (a) shall take effect as if included in the enactment of Public Law 119–21.
