To codify Executive Order 14305 (relating to restoring American airspace sovereignty).
Mr. Finstad introduced the following bill; which was referred to the Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure, and in addition to the Committees on the Judiciary, Homeland Security, and Energy and Commerce, for a period to be subsequently determined by the Speaker, in each case for consideration of such provisions as fall within the jurisdiction of the committee concerned
To codify Executive Order 14305 (relating to restoring American airspace sovereignty).
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. Codification of executive order.
Executive Order 14305 (90 Fed. Reg. 24719; relating to restoring American airspace sovereignty) shall have the force and effect of law.
