To repeal the Federal charter for the National Education Association.
Mr. Harris of North Carolina (for himself, Mr. Rouzer, Mr. Fine, Mr. Ogles, Mr. Brecheen, Mrs. Miller of Illinois, Mr. Donalds, Mr. Norman, Mr. Roy, Mr. Biggs of Arizona, Mr. Onder, Mr. Burlison, Mr. Grothman, Mr. Knott, and Mr. Higgins of Louisiana) introduced the following bill; which was referred to the Committee on the Judiciary
To repeal the Federal charter for the National Education Association.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
This Act may be cited as the “National Education Association Charter Repeal Act”.
SEC. 2. Repeal of Federal charter to the National Education Association.
Chapter 1511 of title 36, United States Code (which granted a Federal charter to the National Education Association), is repealed.
