To codify Executive Order 14280 (related to reinstating common sense school discipline policies).
Mr. Burchett introduced the following bill; which was referred to the Committee on Education and Workforce, and in addition to the Committees on the Judiciary, and Armed Services, for a period to be subsequently determined by the Speaker, in each case for consideration of such provisions as fall within the jurisdiction of the committee concerned

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
This Act may be cited as the “EO 14280 Act of 2025”.
SEC. 2. Codification of Executive Order 14280.
Executive Order 14280 (90 Fed. Reg. 17533; Reinstating Commonsense School Discipline Policies) shall have the force and effect of law.
