R. 3419</legis-num><current-chamber display="yes">IN THE SENATE OF THE UNITED STATES</current-chamber><action><action-date date="20260422">April 22, 2026</action-date><action-desc>Received; read twice and referred to the <committee-name committee-id="SSHR00">Committee on Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions</committee-name></action-desc></action><legis-type>AN ACT</legis-type><official-title display="yes">To amend the Public Health Service Act to reauthorize the telehealth network and telehealth resource centers grant programs.</official-title></form><legis-body id="HEE72027D8E374C268CA541BB4A07A6F8" style="OLC"><section id="HF0469AC2609F43ABB14FA968F192FD07" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Reauthorization of telehealth network and telehealth resource centers grant programs</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 330I(q) of the Public Health Service Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/42/254c-14">42 U.S.C. 254c–14(q)</external-xref>) is amended—</text><paragraph id="H81EF408326FE40609D4906CA2FA82D6C"><enum>(1)</enum><text>by striking <quote>section</quote> and inserting the following:</text><quoted-block style="OLC" id="H4D0354C7C83C42EE9BA0572A1F4F0526" display-inline="yes-display-inline"><text>section—</text><paragraph id="HF8BE266B6F6C4630A988ADDD3D300C58"><enum>(1)</enum></paragraph><after-quoted-block>;</after-quoted-block></quoted-block></paragraph><paragraph id="HE63CF6CD6E0140D69628DFB7105E399C"><enum>(2)</enum><text>in paragraph (1), as so inserted, by striking the period at the end and inserting <quote>; and</quote>; and</text></paragraph><paragraph id="H821D91DAB4114B4ABDE840AE7C5FD0BF"><enum>(3)</enum><text>by adding at the end the following:</text><quoted-block style="OLC" id="HFC0668035E4547A5BD5D0253CEF3F108" display-inline="no-display-inline"><paragraph id="HE853E844E55F42589CFBC7CFDC8BE99D"><enum>(2)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">$42,050,000 for each of fiscal years 2026 through 2030.</text></paragraph><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block></paragraph></section></legis-body><attestation><attestation-group><attestation-date date="20260421" chamber="House">Passed the House of Representatives April 21, 2026.</attestation-date><attestor display="yes">Kevin F.
