Short title

This Act may be cited as the Federal Retirement Thrift Investment Board Inspector General Act of 2025.

Establishment of Federal Retirement Thrift Investment Board Inspector General

Section 401 of title 5, United States Code (commonly referred to as the Inspector General Act of 1978), is amended— (1)in paragraph (1), by inserting the Federal Retirement Thrift Investment Board, before or the National; and (2)in paragraph (3), by inserting the Executive Director of the Federal Retirement Thrift Investment Board; before or the Director of the National.
