<section id="H178019BC5F424A24B8A6E0E8FF467545" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Veterans’ Transition to Trucking Act of 2025</short-title></quote>.</text></section> <section id="HF9719977DFAE445785DC0AE5C78B3FE3" section-type="subsequent-section"><enum>2.</enum><header>Authorization for Secretary of Veterans Affairs to approve multi-State apprenticeship programs provided by commercial truck driving schools for purposes of educational assistance programs of Department of Veterans Affairs</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 3672(c)(1) of title 38, United States Code, is amended—</text>
<paragraph commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="H73371534EB484618B4B9F1598CB17486"><enum>(1)</enum><text>by redesignating subparagraph (B) as subparagraph (C);</text></paragraph> <paragraph id="H079AF7B6492E4171B0A88D2493130625"><enum>(2)</enum><text>in subparagraph (A), in the matter before clause (i), by striking <quote>The State</quote> and inserting <quote>Except as provided in subparagraph (B), the State</quote>; and</text></paragraph>
<paragraph commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="HE0C2F1BCDEB74543A2B5DFA451F950DC"><enum>(3)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">by inserting after subparagraph (A) the following new subparagraph (B):</text> <quoted-block style="OLC" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="H6192763C515B4C628FBD8472BA410603"> <subparagraph commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="HE7F5B7E1ABEC4F1DB9F5A79BF21DC73B" indent="up2"><enum>(B)</enum><text>The Secretary may act in the role of a State approving agency for purposes of approval of a multi-State apprenticeship program provided by a commercial truck driving school.</text></subparagraph><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block></paragraph></section>
