To amend the Immigration and Nationality Act to preclude the naturalization of any person who has unlawfully entered the United States.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
This Act may be cited as the “No Citizenship for Alien Invaders Act of 2025”.
SEC. 2. Ineligibility for naturalization.
Section 312 of the Immigration and Nationality Act (8 U.S.C. 1423) is amended by adding at the end the following: “No alien who enters the United States unlawfully shall be eligible for naturalization, notwithstanding any other provision of the immigration laws.”.
