To codify Executive Order 14210 relating to implementing the President’s Department of Government Efficiency workforce optimization initiative.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
This Act may be cited as the “Department of Government Efficiency Act” or the “DOGE Act”.
SEC. 2. Codification of Executive Order 14210.
Executive Order 14210 (90 Fed. Reg. 9669, relating to implementing the President's Department of Government Efficiency workforce optimization initiative) shall have the force and effect of law.
