To direct the Associate Administrator for Veterans Business Development of the Small Business Administration to ensure compliance with certain reporting requirements, and for other purposes.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
This Act may be cited as the “Ensuring SBA Implementation of GAO Recommendations Act of 2026”.
SEC. 2. Compliance with certain reporting requirements.
Not later than 60 days after the date of enactment of this Act, the Associate Administrator for Veterans Business Development of the Small Business Administration shall develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with the requirements of section 603 of the Veterans Entrepreneurship and Small Business Development Act of 1999 (Public Law 106–50; 15 U.S.C. 657b note).
