<section id="H0B1CDC9459084CC4AAA236003DDCFBBB" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header>
 <text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>No Grounds for Discrimination Act</short-title></quote>.</text></section> 
<section id="HE713282A65154A21919EBEA9A4AD38EE"><enum>2.</enum><header>Discrimination at coffee shops prohibited</header> 
<subsection id="HA0FD1D6CDC484313B52AEF481184FD52"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In general</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">All persons shall be entitled to the full and equal enjoyment of the goods and services of any coffee shop, without discrimination or segregation on the ground of religion, race, color, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, age, disability, genetic information, or veteran status.</text></subsection> <subsection id="HABE6FBAFC81C4BC691011F016C211EED"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Enforcement</header><text>This section may be enforced in the same manner as a violation of title II of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/42/2000a">42 U.S.C. 2000a et seq.</external-xref>).</text></subsection> 
<subsection id="HFA2476C8575C4E55A85E3AEDCAF63904"><enum>(c)</enum><header>Definition</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">In this section, the term <quote>coffee shop</quote> means any coffee shop, café, tea house, or other informal dining establishment—</text> <paragraph id="HC4F5E531BDA74E60BF1327E9CA6A57C8"><enum>(1)</enum><text>that serves the public;</text></paragraph> 
<paragraph id="HB58A9799E62B4E6A993096BA2CB30F79"><enum>(2)</enum><text>that primarily serves coffee, tea, or other light refreshments; and</text></paragraph> <paragraph id="HACF77A0A4DF44D8F8194B9D77EE37982"><enum>(3)</enum> <subparagraph id="H810802DE272A4E7B9EDD7A8F7CCBE1E8" display-inline="yes-display-inline"><enum>(A)</enum><text>the operations or which affect commerce; or</text></subparagraph> 
<subparagraph id="H8593C8704B7D403AABEFA17AFF363AD9" indent="up1"><enum>(B)</enum><text>the discrimination or segregation of which is supported by State action.</text></subparagraph></paragraph></subsection></section> </legis-body></bill>
