<section id="HA0FB4AD3D5B6478397C15DCF961DC994" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header>
 <text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Return to Employment Through Understanding and Recovery Navigation Act</short-title></quote> or <quote><short-title>RETURN Act</short-title></quote>.</text></section> 
<section id="HE4DE71EEA6D447EEAE90AC8AF8C17D5C"><enum>2.</enum><header>Assisting survivors of stroke and other debilitating health occurrences in returning to work</header>
<subsection id="H6070972AED8D4301AF9CC943018109B6"><enum>(a)</enum><header> In general</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The Secretary of Labor, acting through the Assistant Secretary of Labor for Disability Employment Policy and in coordination with the Secretary of Health and Human Services, may disseminate information and promote awareness among survivors of stroke and other health conditions, such as traumatic brain injury and heart attack, and the families of such survivors, as well as among private employers, government agencies, employee representatives, and service providers to—</text> <paragraph id="H4400C447E08A44BABE42A6A32E0C6C3D"><enum>(1)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">assist survivors of stroke and such other health conditions in returning to work;</text></paragraph> 
<paragraph id="H6B9C6EEA6DA0409EAA8A15E244AD06D7"><enum>(2)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">improve access to reasonable accommodations for employees who are survivors;</text></paragraph> <paragraph id="H56FD715EEC4D4C89939799E0EC08F9EA"><enum>(3)</enum><text>to assist employers in providing workplaces with such accommodations to such employees; and</text></paragraph> 
<paragraph id="H1D893EAAAFA84AF598D5E813B64BCB1C"><enum>(4)</enum><text>enhance self-employment and entrepreneurship options for survivors.</text></paragraph></subsection> <subsection id="H8610253F65A54D78945AB8F54BE41511"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Report</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Not later than 1 year after the date of enactment of this Act, and annually thereafter, the Secretary of Labor shall submit to Congress a report on any actions taken pursuant to subsection (a).</text></subsection></section>
