<section id="HC839FFA1181A49B29D87315D1B4495AB" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Terrorism Judgment Collection Act</short-title></quote>.</text></section> <section id="HE7D06A38C4214A2AA0974E7CAC93CB3E" section-type="subsequent-section"><enum>2.</enum><header>Timing of agency or instrumentality of terrorist party status</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 201(a) of the Terrorism Risk Insurance Act of 2002 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/28/1610">28 U.S.C. 1610</external-xref> note(a)) is amended—</text> 
<paragraph id="HB2442DF1B4AC4CD5BDECA24F48CA8413"><enum>(1)</enum><text>by striking <quote>Notwithstanding</quote> and inserting the following:</text> <quoted-block style="OLC" id="HCEB0600508594779885166AB2CC8D425" display-inline="no-display-inline"> <paragraph id="HC0A5E962878F48D79704136A59C557FA"><enum>(1)</enum><header>Satisfaction of judgments</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Notwithstanding</text></paragraph><after-quoted-block>; and</after-quoted-block></quoted-block></paragraph> 
<paragraph id="H3A6159CF8A004826B027824E76BED76E"><enum>(2)</enum><text>by adding at the end the following:</text> <quoted-block style="OLC" id="H9DF28D9A047E4F399324F6F34D03579E" display-inline="no-display-inline"> <paragraph id="H21796BD1E567409DA130FBF012FC139F"><enum>(2)</enum><header>Agency or instrumentality status</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The status of a person or an entity as an agency or instrumentality of a terrorist party shall be determined as of the date on which the final judgment holder commences an action for execution or attachment in aid of execution.</text></paragraph><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block> </paragraph></section>
