<section id="H0C1E52A90B38499DA27638BBB208A084" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Anaktuvuk Pass Food Security Access Act</short-title></quote>.</text></section> <section id="H394BA3327F354F3B8FCA20AD977D26C8"><enum>2.</enum><header>Transportation for subsistence users</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 201(4)(a) of the Alaska National Interest Lands Conservation Act (16 U.S.C. 410hh(4)(a)) is amended by adding at the end the following: <quote>Notwithstanding any other provision of this Act or other law, the Secretary shall permit local residents of Anaktuvuk Pass to use snowmobiles, motorboats, all-terrain vehicles, utility terrain vehicles, tracked utility vehicles, and similar off-road vehicles for subsistence purposes. Section 811 shall not apply to the subsistence uses authorized in this paragraph.</quote>.</text> </section>
