Short title

This Act may be cited as the Launching with Healthcare Act.

Extending required dependent coverage

(a)

In general

Section 2714(a) of the Public Health Service Act (42 U.S.C. 300gg–14(a)) is amended by striking 26 and inserting 31.(b)

Effective date

The amendment made by subsection (a) shall apply with respect to plan years beginning after December 31, 2026.
