Short title

This Act may be cited as the SNAP Fraud Accountability Act.

Violations and enforcement of the Food and Nutrition Act of 2008

Section 15(b)(1) of the Food and Nutrition Act of 2008 (7 U.S.C. 2024(b)(1)) is amended by striking $5,000 each place it appears and inserting $1,000.
