To codify Executive Order 14418 (relating to continuing to protect the 
              meaning and value of American citizenship).

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. CONTINUING TO PROTECT THE MEANING AND VALUE OF AMERICAN 
              CITIZENSHIP.

    Executive Order 14418 (91 Fed. Reg. 51991; Continuing To Protect 
the Meaning and Value of American Citizenship) shall have the full 
force and effect of law.
