<section id="HF648BACFF03545EC9E3C18A7F8573C8D" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Use of trust land for healthcare purposes</header> 
<subsection id="H5B50001402F9425AA4A5C05438889217"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In general</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the covered land may only be used for the provision of health and social services for members of Indian Tribes. </text></subsection> <subsection id="H0BE69F013BE24B8AAF8A004C6E27C54C"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Restriction on uses</header><text>The covered land shall not be used for—</text> 
<paragraph id="HD4D308F08A8446C493E4E8B70A2AB81A"><enum>(1)</enum><text>class II gaming and class III gaming (as those terms are defined in section 4 of the Indian Gaming Regulatory Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/25/2703">25 U.S.C. 2703</external-xref>)); or</text></paragraph> <paragraph id="H4E3E3692BC5D49E186769359EC0BE97B"><enum>(2)</enum><text>any other commercial activities.</text></paragraph></subsection> 
<subsection id="HACABF4A6FB4543FB8DD1767DC00077EA"><enum>(c)</enum><header>Termination</header><text>The provisions of this Act shall terminate on the date that is 50 years after the date of enactment this Act.</text></subsection> <subsection id="H030742E9759845F8942473CA05008C7D"><enum>(d)</enum><header>Definitions</header><text>In this section:</text> 
<paragraph id="H14F9B90844444DDFBDDA1F752F9AFEA4"><enum>(1)</enum><header>Covered land</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The term <term>covered land</term> means the approximately 8.6 acres of land in San Diego County, California, described as Parcel No. 404–061–01, taken into trust by the United States for the Ewiiaapaayp Band of Kumeyaay Indians (formerly referred to as the Cuyapaipe Band of Mission Indians) by grant deed dated February 26, 1986.</text></paragraph> <paragraph id="H738406B45FCD4DC0A665E94DD18AD9F1"><enum>(2)</enum><header>Indian Tribe</header><text>The term <term>Indian Tribe</term> has the meaning given such term in section 102 of the Federally Recognized Indian Tribe List Act of 1994 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/25/5130">25 U.S.C. 5130</external-xref>). </text> </paragraph></subsection></section>
