<section id="H391372F0E7DF480EA6A2A7C931D00588" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Requiring curbside delivery of mail at certain housing developments</header> 
<subsection id="H7F6002FAA7CD431087B861937DA9E71A"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In general</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The United States Postal Service—</text> <paragraph id="HE3A99DFA4F574186B83AF403204589F0"><enum>(1)</enum><text>shall provide curbside delivery of mail to residents of any housing development; and</text></paragraph> 
<paragraph id="HE46B8E37AAD24B4FACA7CEC94D8C80FF"><enum>(2)</enum><text>may not obligate or expend any funds (including amounts within the Postal Service Fund under section 2003 of title 39, United States Code) to cease or otherwise limit curbside delivery at such a development.</text> </paragraph></subsection> <subsection id="H35443CA2B30B411A9D2D14068BBF4545"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Housing development defined</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">In this section, the term <quote>housing development</quote> means a cluster of 50 or less single family homes in a subdivision, neighborhood, or other similar grouping of residences, as determined by the Postal Service, that is located within 300 yards of any other residence that receives curbside delivery.</text></subsection></section>
