<section id="H5255A346E7E04CF6A6AE31D718C98F76" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header>
 <text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Foreign Propaganda Disclosure Act</short-title></quote>.</text></section> 
<section id="H71F8558D9A02466982E87A41DADCCBB8"><enum>2.</enum><header>Inclusion of social media influencers</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 1 of the Foreign Agents Registration Act of 1938, as amended (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/22/611">22 U.S.C. 611</external-xref>) is amended—</text> <paragraph id="HB243B749AB2940FBA367514FBA40AE7C"><enum>(1)</enum><text>in subsection (h), by inserting <quote>a social media influencer or</quote> after <quote>includes</quote>;</text></paragraph> 
<paragraph id="H9A79A7F467B144F2B899B33CD41ACAA2"><enum>(2)</enum><text>in subsection (p), by striking the period at the end and inserting a semicolon; and</text></paragraph> <paragraph id="H584AE2284AC747849036F0756E1EF8E7"><enum>(3)</enum><text>by adding at the end the following new subsections:</text>

<subsection id="H76A1ECC15FBF43B98128E0F72F2B9C63"><enum>(r)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The term <term>social media influencer</term> means any person who has a monetized social media account on any social media platform;</text></subsection> <subsection id="HAF977B61E7A643A0B01932E0BC9D9166"><enum>(s)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The term <term>social media platform</term> has the meaning given such term defined in section 124 of the Trafficking Victims Prevention and Protection Reauthorization Act of 2022 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/42/1862w">42 U.S.C. 1862w</external-xref>).</text></subsection><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block> </paragraph></section>
