To amend the Harmonized Tariff Schedule for the United States to establish a new subheading in chapter 39 for silicone prosthetics for women who are breast cancer survivors and a new subheading in chapter 90 for mastectomy bras.

To amend the Harmonized Tariff Schedule for the United States to establish a new subheading in chapter 39 for silicone prosthetics for women who are breast cancer survivors and a new subheading in chapter 90 for mastectomy bras.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. Establishment of a new subheading in chapter 39 of the HTS.
Effective with respect to goods entered for consumption, or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption, on or after 12:01 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time on January 1, 2027, chapter 39 of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States is amended by inserting the following new subheading 3926.20.61 in numerical sequence at the same level of indentation as subheading 3926.20.60:

SEC. 2. Establishment of a new subheading in chapter 90 of the HTS.
Effective with respect to goods entered for consumption, or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption, on or after 12:01 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time on January 1, 2027, chapter 90 of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States is amended by inserting the following new subheading 9021.10.60 in numerical sequence at the same level of indentation as the superior subheading to subheading 9021.10.50:
