<section id="HD3D8B467FEA5403585BC4E7CCBEC0DF6" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Protecting Local Control of Data Centers Act</short-title></quote>.</text></section> <section id="H69175949DC4B439DA741070C1F276111" section-type="subsequent-section"><enum>2.</enum><header>No preemption of State or local land-use, zoning, siting, or permitting authority for data centers</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the head of a Federal agency may not override, bypass, or displace State or local land-use, zoning, siting, or permitting authority for data centers located on non-Federal land, or condition the receipt of Federal funds for such data centers on a State or local government relinquishing or limiting such authority. </text> </section>
