Short title

This Act may be cited as the Border Patrol Overtime Parity Act.

Expansion of eligibility for certain overtime pay for border patrol agents

Section 5550(h) of title 5, United States Code, is amended— (1)in the subsection heading, by striking GS–12; and (2)in paragraph (1), by striking encumbering a position at grade GS–12.
