That Congress disapproves the rule submitted by the National Marine Fisheries Service relating to Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Regulations for Interagency Cooperation (89 Fed. Reg. 24268 (April 5, 2024)), and such rule shall have no force or effect.
