That Congress disapproves the rule submitted by the Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency relating to Finding That Lead Emissions From Aircraft Engines That Operate on Leaded Fuel Cause or Contribute to Air Pollution That May Reasonably Be Anticipated To Endanger Public Health and Welfare (88 Fed. Reg. 72372 (October 20, 2023)), and such rule shall have no force or effect.
