on the calendar</action-desc></action><legis-type>JOINT RESOLUTION</legis-type><official-title display="yes">Providing for congressional disapproval under chapter 8 of title 5, United States Code, of the rule submitted by the Federal Highway Administration relating to <quote>Waiver of Buy America Requirements for Electric Vehicle Chargers</quote>.</official-title></form><resolution-body><section id="S1" display-inline="yes-display-inline" section-type="undesignated-section"><text>That Congress disapproves the rule submitted by the Federal Highway Administration relating to <quote>Waiver of Buy America Requirements for Electric Vehicle Chargers</quote> (88 Fed.
