and</text></paragraph><paragraph commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="idc93eebbd-91dc-48af-a1b6-3cbb6514da4c"><enum>(2)</enum><text>by striking <quote>major disaster</quote> and inserting <quote>disaster</quote>.</text></paragraph></section><section commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="id507eb3ad84fc42169c7e4b5488c621f8" changed="added" reported-display-style="italic" committee-id="SSSB00"><enum>3.</enum><header>GAO report on default rates</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Not later than 3 years after the date of enactment of this Act, the Comptroller General of the United States shall submit to the Committee on Small Business and Entrepreneurship of the Senate and the Committee on Small Business of the House of Representatives a report on the performance, including the default rate, of loans made under section 7(b)(1) of the Small Business Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/15/636">15 U.S.C. 636(b)(1)</external-xref>), and the impact of the amendments to collateral amounts made under section 2 of this Act on the performance of those loans, during the period—</text><paragraph commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="id9bd90ca2ddd14fe993ee64689a3c8114"><enum>(1)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">beginning on September 30, 2020; and </text></paragraph><paragraph commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="id4b1eb738be184bd0b8403ac3f9e3f3fb"><enum>(2)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">ending on the date on that is 2 years after the date of enactment of this Act. </text></paragraph></section></legis-body><endorsement><action-date date="20230725">July 25, 2023</action-date><action-desc>Reported with an amendment</action-desc></endorsement></bill>
