Report regarding failed assassination attempt on the life of Donald J. Trump

Not later than 7 days after the date of enactment of this Act, the Secretary of Homeland Security shall submit a report that contains any and all information in the possession of the Department of Homeland Security or any of its components, including the United States Secret Service, relating to the failed assassination attempt on the life of Donald J. Trump in Butler, Pennsylvania, on July 13, 2024, to—(1)the Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs of the Senate; and(2)the Committee on Oversight and Accountability and the Committee on Homeland Security of the House of Representatives.
