Short title

This Act may be cited as the Agency Stability Restoration Act of 2024.

Right of review

(a)

In general

Section 702 of title 5, United States Code, is amended—(1)in the first sentence, by striking A person and inserting the following:(a)

A person; and(2)by adding at the end the following:(b)

Statute of limitations

Except as otherwise expressly provided by law, a person bringing an action under this section shall bring that action not later than 6 years after the date of the final agency action with respect to which the person seeks judicial review..(b)

Technical and conforming amendment

Section 2401(a) of title 28, United States Code, is amended, in the first sentence, by inserting or section 702(b) of title 5 after title 41.
