Short title

This Act may be cited as the Baltimore Recovery Act.

Temporary exemption from Jones Act restrictions for vessels arriving at or departing from the Port of Baltimore

(a)

In general

Notwithstanding sections 12112, 12103, and 55102 of title 46, United States Code, any vessel that, after the date of enactment of this Act, arrives at or departs from the Helen Delich Bentley Port of Baltimore shall be exempt from the requirements of such sections. (b)

Applicability

This section, and any exemption under this section, shall cease to have effect on the day that is 5 years after the date of enactment of this Act.
