<distribution-code display="yes">II</distribution-code><congress>118th CONGRESS</congress><session>1st Session</session><legis-num>S. 445</legis-num><current-chamber>IN THE SENATE OF THE UNITED STATES</current-chamber><action><action-date date="20230215">February 15, 2023</action-date><action-desc><sponsor name-id="S410">Ms. Lummis</sponsor> (for herself, <cosponsor name-id="S317">Mr. Barrasso</cosponsor>, <cosponsor name-id="S266">Mr. Crapo</cosponsor>, <cosponsor name-id="S375">Mr. Daines</cosponsor>, and <cosponsor name-id="S323">Mr. Risch</cosponsor>) introduced the following bill; which was read twice and referred to the <committee-name committee-id="SSEV00">Committee on Environment and Public Works</committee-name></action-desc></action><legis-type>A BILL</legis-type><official-title>To direct the Secretary of the Interior to reissue a final rule relating to removing the Greater Yellowstone Ecosystem population of grizzly bears from the Federal list of endangered and threatened wildlife, and for other purposes.</official-title></form><legis-body style="OLC" display-enacting-clause="yes-display-enacting-clause" id="H3FD0DBF1B97F478EA55FDBC18003458E"><section section-type="section-one" id="H498FA8C4332F4CA49366B208EE32698C"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Grizzly Bear State Management Act of 2023</short-title></quote>.</text></section><section id="H7E695481B5944FD1A50986395E43A2A1"><enum>2.</enum><header>Reissuance of final rule relating to Greater Yellowstone Ecosystem population of grizzly bears</header><subsection id="id190F064F17794ACF986488B23493BED7"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In general</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Not later than 180 days after the date of enactment of this Act, the Secretary of the Interior shall reissue the final rule entitled <quote>Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Removing the Greater Yellowstone Ecosystem Population of Grizzly Bears From the Federal List of Endangered and Threatened Wildlife</quote> (82 Fed. Reg. 30502 (June 30, 2017)), without regard to any other provision of law that applies to the issuance of that final rule. </text></subsection><subsection id="idCE4A2050198B4B66A99F858A182E4ED8"><enum>(b)</enum><header>No judicial review</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The reissuance of the final rule described in subsection (a) (including this section) shall not be subject to judicial review.</text></subsection></section></legis-body></bill>
